Online Bill Pay Up and Running

The new online bill pay is ready for you to try!
Online bill pay is now ready for all our customers use.  Just click the link on the home page and follow the directions on the page.  You will have to register your email with a password and tie it to your account.  At this time you can only register one account per email, but our software people are looking at adding a multiple account option with the next release.  You can also see 12 months of your billing and payment history along with consumption and readings for the last twelve months and how they compare with the same reading period the previous year, along with the percentage change from one year to the next.  You can use either a credit card or electronic check to make a payment on your account.  Credit cards will be charged a flat fee of $9.00 per transaction, electronic check is a flat fee of $1.50.  You can access your account anytime that our system is running and schedule a payment.  Please allow two business days for the payment to show on your account.  If you have any questions about online bill pay, please contact city hall at 785-364-2721.
